    The code, its dependencies and the pages are kept up to date as part of the work, rather than left to age after launch.

    HTTPS enforced, strict security headers and spam-filtered forms, handled as engineering rather than sold as an add-on.

  • Text and photo changes

    Ask for a text or photo change and we make it, inside the fee. There is no monthly allowance to count down.

  • Speed tracked

    Core Web Vitals tracked on the live site, so a page that slows down is spotted and fixed rather than left to drift.

    Send a text or photo change and we make it. From Growth, the site is also improved every week on top of that.

Questions before you start.

How much does website maintenance cost?
Maintenance is part of every plan from Foundation up, together with hosting and the website itself, so there is no separate maintenance fee. Monthly prices are published on the plans page, plus VAT, with no annual contract or setup fee.
Do you guarantee a percentage of uptime?
No. The site is monitored for uptime and we act on what the monitoring shows, but we don't publish a service-level percentage or a response time, because no measured record supports one yet.
How many changes can I ask for each month?
There is no fixed allowance. Small text and photo changes are made when you ask. Larger work, like new pages or sections, is agreed as scope, and from Growth the site is improved every week anyway.
Is website hosting included in maintenance?
Yes. Hosting is part of the monthly fee on every plan: there is no separate hosting bill, and nothing for you to set up or renew. Your domain stays yours.
What happens to my website if I stop paying?
You can cancel any month with no penalty. The site stays live for two months while we hand over, your domain, brand, content and data leave with you, and a static HTML export can be agreed.
