Seven values. One rule.
Every agency has a values page, because the words are free. The rule here makes them cost something: every value below ends with where to check it, against something already published.
The seven values
- Transparency
Transparency, not theatre.
The old agency model runs on you not knowing: what the price is until the proposal, what’s happening until the deck, what leaving costs until you try it. SharpHaw publishes all three. Prices are on the plans page next to their terms. The week’s work is visible in SharpOS while it happens, not summarised in a monthly PDF. Leaving is published too: cancel any month, no exit fee.
- Ownership
Yours, ours, in writing.
SharpHaw is a subscription, and the ownership line is drawn in writing rather than discovered at exit. Your domain, your brand, your content, your data: yours, and they leave with you. The engine underneath — the website code, the automations, the custom software, the infrastructure, SharpOS — is SharpHaw property, kept running and improved as part of the fee. You rent the machine. You never rent your own business back.
Where to checkThe ownership terms in every agreement — stated here in public before you sign anything.
- Seniority
Senior at the table.
No account managers relaying notes. No junior staff learning on your account. Gabriel Espinheira — founder, senior software engineer — runs the strategy, the engineering, and the weekly cadence directly, with a tight contractor stack for specific specialisms. The person on your first call is the person who ships your work.

- Compounding
Compounding, not finishing.
A finished website starts decaying the day it launches: rankings drift and the market moves on. So nothing here finishes. Four services run as one weekly loop — Plan. Build. Iterate. — where every change is measured, then sharpened the week after. Each month starts where the last one ended, not from zero.

- Honesty
Sharp, no fluff.
There is no countdown timer or “two slots left” banner anywhere on this site. Pressure mechanics are what selling sounds like when the work can’t do it. Claims here carry a number or a term, or they don’t ship. Client reporting runs on the same rule: enquiries, bookings, and calls — never follower counts.

- Tooling
The right tool, used properly.
SharpHaw builds with the tools the industry actually runs on: real code in version control, infrastructure from providers you already know. Nothing exotic, nothing that dies with a vendor. SharpOS is built in-house because off-the-shelf project tools made clients do the coordination work. Every tool earns its place: AI where it multiplies output, software where it removes drag, a person where judgement is the work.

- Compliance
EU-ready, by design.
Analytics run consent-first on EU infrastructure, behind a cookie banner with a real decline path: decline, and nothing loads. AI-assisted work is disclosed, as the EU AI Act now requires — the next section of this page is that disclosure. Prices are in euros with VAT stated up front, from Lisbon, in English and Portuguese.
Where to checkThe cookie banner’s decline button — it works.
Agents make the volume. A person makes it true.
SharpHaw runs on AI agents and says so in plain text, not fine print. Agents draft, build, audit, and report — that is how one senior partner ships four disciplines every week at a published price. What they never hold is publish authority. These are the standing rules.
- Publish authority
Humans approve everything public.
Every public word — on this site, the blog, or client work — passes a human edit for facts and voice before it ships. Nothing publishes straight from a draft.
- Disclosure
Disclosed, not disguised.
This page is the disclosure the EU AI Act’s transparency rules call for (Article 50, in force since August 2026). It sits in the open, not in a footnote.
- Facts
No invented facts.
A claim with no source doesn’t ship. The rule is enforced hardest on AI drafts, because drafts are where invention creeps in.
- Identity
No fake humans.
No AI avatar fronting as the founder. No synthetic testimonials. No bot writing “personal” replies in your name or ours.
- Client work
Same gates, your sign-off.
The engine that writes for SharpHaw is the engine clients subscribe to, and client content passes the same approval gate — your job is to validate, not to produce.
The proof is the blog: every post drafted by the engine, edited and signed by the founder, dated. The same system clients buy, working in public.
