SharpOS: your work, visible without asking.

You get a private workspace, included with your plan and never billed separately. This week’s queue, the drafts waiting on your approval, the site audits, the analytics, the asset library and everything already shipped sit in one place you can open at any hour — instead of a status call, a board nobody updated, a shared folder and an email asking where something is. Inside it: Pages, Boards, Studio, Analytics, Audits, Customers, Media Center and Organization.

What it replaces

The stack you don’t pay for any more.

Most owners running a small marketing operation are paying for a Frankenstein stack of single-purpose tools. SharpOS replaces the layer that used to sit on top of all of them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Is SharpOS a separate SaaS product?
No. SharpOS is bundled with every SharpHaw subscription. It is part of how the service works, not a separate tool sale. The one thing billed outside it is AI model usage in Support, which runs on your own OpenAI or OpenRouter key if you switch it on.
What does SharpOS replace?
For the work SharpHaw ships, it stands in for the shared Notion, the Trello or ClickUp board, the Google Drive folder and the manual site-audit PDF that usually float around an engagement. It is an orientation, not a parity claim: SharpOS is not a full replacement for every specialist tool, and your systems of record stay where they are.
Can my team access it?
Yes. SharpOS access is workspace-based, not per-seat priced, so you can bring in the people who need visibility without turning access into another billing discussion.
What if we ever leave?
SharpOS is meant to be useful, not sticky in the bad way. Pages export to markdown, board cards export to structured data, and assets can be archived. The website itself stays live for two months after cancellation while that export is planned and delivered, and a fully static HTML export of it can be agreed.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel whenever you need. We’ll wrap up what’s in progress, keep the website live for two months while the export is delivered, and leave everything organised so you can pick up later.

Try SharpOS free for 30 days.

A demo is your own SharpOS account, free for 30 days and with no SharpHaw plan behind it. You create the workspace, invite whoever you want into it, and open every surface yourself.

That is long enough to put real work through it: brief something, watch it move across the board, run an audit of your site, and export anything you want to keep. If you go on to a plan afterwards, the same workspace is included at every tier, with no separate fee.

A focused 30 minutes, not a sales pitch.
