A travel agency where enquiries arrive quote-ready.

A funnel per trip type that asks the departure window, the party, the budget band and the constraints, then a first draft in your house format assembled from destination notes your team has already approved, decisions left blank. A specialist approves every quote.

Six things that slow a quote down, and what we build for each.

Each one is a problem we hear from this trade, in plain words, and what a SharpHaw subscription puts in its place.

  1. A travel specialist sorting a stack of identical printed enquiry forms into three piles by hand, reading each one to work out which trip it is

    01 · The problem

Every kind of trip lands on the same contact form.

A honeymoon and a school group arrive looking identical, and neither has the details it needs.

A path for each kind of trip and traveller: honeymoon, family, group, tailor-made, each asking only what that trip needs.

  2. A travel specialist holding a phone with a one-line trip message on it, a blank notepad and pen on the desk beside her, looking out of the window

    02 · The problem

'Ten days in Italy, something special.' Nothing in it can be priced.

Three clarifying emails go out before anyone can look at a supplier.

The enquiry asks the travel window, the party, the budget range and the constraints. Two minutes for the traveller, no emails for you.

  3. A couple on their sofa at eleven at night with a laptop open on an agency's contact page, one holding two passports and the other checking the time on a phone

    03 · The problem

A question at 23:00 waits for the office to open.

How does the agency work, is a deposit refundable, what does a quote include.

A support chat answers those questions day and night. Never a fare, never a visa answer; those go to a specialist.

  4. Hands typing at a keyboard beside last year's printed itinerary, paragraphs bracketed in pencil to keep and one client's name crossed out with another written above it

    04 · The problem

Last year's itinerary document is reopened and typed over.

Routine paragraphs retyped from whichever file was nearest, with the mistakes carried along.

A first draft in your house format built from your own destination notes, with the decisions left blank for the specialist.

  5. A travel specialist with a phone in one hand, an email open on the laptop and a printed spreadsheet under her elbow, all for one trip, while a colleague passes and asks where it is

    05 · The problem

One enquiry lives in a chat thread, an inbox and a spreadsheet.

Nobody can say where it is, and the traveller hears nothing for days.

One record per enquiry. An acknowledgement goes out while you are still reading, and every quote is approved by a specialist before it leaves.

  6. A wall of pinned destination photographs above a travel specialist's desk, corners curling, not one of them showing a face, the desk below neat and businesslike

    06 · The problem

Nothing on the site says who these people are or where they have been.

A traveller is asked to trust a specialist they cannot see and have never heard of.

    What we build

    Content Engine

Blog posts about destinations, the specialists and the trips they have planned, so the expertise is visible before the first call.

Pricing

The price, before you ask.

Starter is €2.500/month, plus VAT, no annual contract, no setup fee. Everything on this page runs on it. Move up, down, or out any month.

Straight answers, before the call

What does it refuse to answer?
Anything it would have to invent: whether a room is free, what a fare costs this week, whether a passport needs a visa for a route, what a supplier's cancellation terms are today. It says it cannot confirm that and puts the question in front of the specialist, which is slower than a confident guess and considerably better for the client.
Where does the destination knowledge come from?
From your team, written once and kept in one place: the properties you actually use, the routes that work, the things you have learned about a region that a guidebook does not know. Nothing is scraped and nothing is generated about a place your agency has not been. It is your expertise, made reusable.
Does the client ever get something a person has not read?
Only the acknowledgement, which says the brief arrived and when to expect a reply. Every proposal, quote and itinerary passes a specialist first. The draft exists so the specialist starts with the typing done, not so the agency can send more without looking.
Will the proposals still sound like us?
They are your document, your format and your wording, because the draft is assembled from material your team wrote and approved. The parts that change per trip are left for the adviser. Most agencies find the output is more consistent than the hand-built version, because the routine paragraphs stop being retyped from whichever old file was nearest.
What does it cost?
One fixed monthly fee with no discovery fee, no setup invoice and no minimum term, and the SharpOS workspace included rather than billed separately. Everything on this page is in Starter, the plan published above and on the Plans page, plus VAT, with no annual contract. Move up, down, or out any month.
How it works

One partner, one fee, one weekly loop.

What we stand for, how the fee works and how a week with us goes. The answers above cover the specifics; every line here can be checked on the Values page.

  • One partner, not four suppliers

Website, content, ads and automations, run as one weekly loop from Starter.

  • One published fee, before the call

Starter is on the Plans page, plus VAT, no setup fee, no annual contract.

  • The founder does the work

The person on your first call is the person who ships it, every week.

  • Nothing finishes

Plan, build, iterate: each month starts where the last one ended.

  • Yours stays yours, in writing

Domain, brand, content and data are yours and leave with you.

  • And if you ever leave

Any month, no exit fee, two months of continuity; the engine stays ours.

Who you would be working with

SharpHaw is one senior software engineer, Gabriel Espinheira, running the website, the content, the ads and the automations as one weekly loop for businesses across Europe, with SharpOS as the workspace it all runs in. How that works, who does the work, and everything the subscription covers are written up on the site.

Bring one enquiry. We will count the tabs together.

Thirty minutes on your last bespoke quote: what the first message contained, how many exchanges it took to make it quotable, and how much of the rest was typing. Yours whether or not you engage. No proposal afterwards.
