SharpOS: all your work, in one place.

SharpOS is the private workspace that comes with every plan. See what we’re working on, what needs your approval and what has already shipped, so you always know where things stand without a status call or a chasing email.

The real interface, running on a sample business in your browser. Click anything, or open it full screen.

Request a demoSee plans

A demo is your own SharpOS workspace, empty and free for 30 days: no card, no plan. On day 30 it pauses, and your data is kept if you subscribe later.

The difference

Most agencies send a report. You get the workspace.

SharpOS is the workspace SharpHaw does your work in, so where things stand is never something you have to ask about.

Where things stand
The usual way: A status call next week, or an email asking for one.
With SharpHaw: This week’s board, open whenever you want to look.
How it’s going
The usual way: A PDF at the end of the month, read once and filed.
With SharpHaw: Analytics and site audits that stay open and keep updating.
Where your things live
The usual way: Logins on the agency’s accounts, files in someone’s Drive.
With SharpHaw: One private workspace for your business, with your team in it.
What’s inside

Every part of the work has a place.

11 parts of one workspace. Pick one and it opens below, live, on the same sample business.

The week, on one board.

Queues, approvals, blockers and shipped work in one place instead of scattered across status calls. Read it before the call, not during it.

What it replaces

The stack you don’t pay for any more.

Most owners running a small marketing operation pay for a stack of single-purpose tools. For the work SharpHaw ships, SharpOS covers the layer on top of them. The systems you already depend on, like a CRM, stay where they are.

Included with every plan.

No workspace fee, no per-seat pricing, no portal add-on bolted onto the engagement. It comes with the subscription because it is how the subscription works.

Who does what

You use it. We run it.

  • You

Read the week, approve drafts and send requests. Then use it for your own business too: your customers, forms, link page and support inbox.

  • Your team

Invite the people who need it, each with a role: owner, manager, editor or viewer. Access is per workspace, never priced per seat.

  • SharpHaw

Does the work in it, keeps it running and keeps improving it. Improvements reach your workspace as they ship, with nothing to install.

What’s yours

Your content, your customers and your files. Pages export as Markdown, cards as structured data and media as an archive, so if you leave, they leave with you. SharpOS itself stays SharpHaw’s platform, kept running and improved as part of the fee.

Built, not bought

An agency that built its own software.

SharpOS isn’t a client portal added onto someone else’s project tool. Gabriel wrote it to run SharpHaw, and your workspace runs on the same system the work is done in.

  • A private workspace per business

Your workspace holds your business and nobody else’s, and every person in it has a role.

  • Open to your other tools

Every core action is available over a REST API and an MCP server, so your other systems, and the assistants you already use, can work with it too.

  • Improved in public

Every release is written up on the SharpOS changelog, newest first.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to use SharpOS?
No. The work ships either way. The workspace is where you can see it happening and use the tools that come with it, whenever that is useful to you, and your team can look in without asking anyone for access to a folder.
Is the business in the showcase a real client?
No. It is SUMI, one of the concept builds on our cases page, running on the real SharpOS interface with made-up data. Nothing you click or change in it leaves your browser.
Will it replace the tools we already pay for?
For the work SharpHaw ships, the shared docs, the project board, the asset folder and the audit PDF can all live in it instead, and so can your customer list, forms and link page. It is an orientation, not a parity claim: SharpOS is not a full replacement for every specialist tool, and the systems you depend on stay where they are.
What does the support assistant cost to run?
The Support inbox is in SharpOS on every plan; the website chat that answers from your knowledge base is set up from Growth. The one cost outside your plan is the AI model usage behind it, which runs on your own OpenAI or OpenRouter key if you switch it on, so you pay the provider directly and see exactly what it uses.
Is SharpOS in the Foundation plan too?
Yes. Every plan includes SharpOS, from Foundation up, and it is never restricted to push you towards a bigger plan.

Let’s make your digital work compound.
