A studio where every trial books the next class.

Classes booked on your own site in two taps, a trial that asks which evenings they can make and offers the next one before they leave, and two missed visits that reach the coach on day nine with the class named. Every coach at the desk sees the same member record.

Five reasons a trial never becomes a member, and what we build for each.

Each one is a problem we hear from this trade, in plain words, and what a SharpHaw subscription puts in its place.

  1. A woman on a tram in the evening typing a message to a studio to ask about a class time, her gym bag between her feet

    01 · The problem

Booking a class means messaging the coach, or a clunky app.

People give up before they find the Tuesday six o'clock, and never come back to try again.

Classes booked on your own website, in your brand, in two taps, from a phone.

  2. A man on his sofa on a Sunday night with new trainers still in the box beside him, holding his phone and waiting for a reply that has not come

    02 · The problem

Questions on a Sunday night go unanswered until Monday.

What should I bring, is there a beginner class, can I come alone. The moment passes.

A support chat that answers day and night and books the trial while the person is still interested.

  3. A first-timer leaving a studio after class, pushing the glass door with her shoulder, while the coach wipes down a bar behind her and the clipboard on the desk stays blank

    03 · The problem

A good first class ends at the door with nothing booked.

They say they will be back. Nothing is in the diary, and the studio cannot tell who meant it.

The trial form asks which evenings they can make, and the next class is offered before they have left the building.

  4. A gym bag by a front door with a rolled towel and a water bottle in it, untouched, a week of unopened post piled on the mat beside it

    04 · The problem

A missed week goes unnoticed, and a 'we miss you' email lands on day 28.

By then the habit is gone, and the email is addressed to a list.

Two expected visits missed raises it with the coach on day nine, naming the class, so the message comes from a person who knows them.

  5. A coach leafing through another coach's personal notebook of members' names and weights, while a member waits at the rack with a bar half loaded

    05 · The problem

A member's plan and history live with one coach.

When that coach is off, the member starts again from nothing, and so does the next coach.

Each member's record, plan and progress shared with every coach at the desk, so anyone can pick up where the last session ended.

Straight answers, before the call

Do we have to change our class booking system?
No. It stays the source of truth for classes, packs and payments. What gets built sits in front of it: the trial path on your own site, the confirmations and the follow-up, plus the reporting that ties a trial to a fourth visit. Where the platform allows a connection we use it, and where it does not we say so rather than implying a link that is not there.
How many messages does a new member actually get?
Four in the first month at most: the confirmation, the next-class offer, one nudge if an expected week goes quiet, and one at the end of the trial. Every one is stoppable in a tap and stopping is respected everywhere. Most of the work happens at the desk with a coach, which is why the pattern goes to them rather than to the member.
Will it sound like us or like software?
It is written with you in the studio's own register and approved before anything sends, then it stays put until you change it. The messages are short and mention the class and the coach by name, because a note that could have come from any gym in the city is the one people learn to ignore.
We are one room with three coaches. Is this too much?
A single room is where it works best, because the coach already recognises people and only needs the context. The build is the trial page, the confirmations, one follow-up rule and the fourth-visit number. Studios with several sites get the same thing per location rather than a bigger system.
What does it cost?
One fixed monthly fee with no discovery fee, no setup invoice and no minimum term, and the SharpOS workspace included rather than billed separately. Everything on this page is in Starter, the plan published above and on the Plans page, plus VAT, with no annual contract. Move up, down, or out any month.
How it works

One partner, one fee, one weekly loop.

What we stand for, how the fee works and how a week with us goes. The answers above cover the specifics; every line here can be checked on the Values page.

  • One partner, not four suppliers

Website, content, ads and automations, run as one weekly loop from Starter.

  • One published fee, before the call

Starter is on the Plans page, plus VAT, no setup fee, no annual contract.

  • The founder does the work

The person on your first call is the person who ships it, every week.

  • Nothing finishes

Plan, build, iterate: each month starts where the last one ended.

  • Yours stays yours, in writing

Domain, brand, content and data are yours and leave with you.

  • And if you ever leave

Any month, no exit fee, two months of continuity; the engine stays ours.

Who you would be working with

SharpHaw is one senior software engineer, Gabriel Espinheira, running the website, the content, the ads and the automations as one weekly loop for businesses across Europe, with SharpOS as the workspace it all runs in. How that works, who does the work, and everything the subscription covers are written up on the site.

Bring last quarter's trials. Leave knowing how many reached a fourth class.

Thirty minutes on the month after a trial: how many came twice, when you find out someone has stopped, and what the studio sends them. Yours whether or not you engage. No proposal afterwards.
