Foundation · €1.000/month

A website that turns visitors into customers.

The question is not whether you have a website. It is what it does once someone opens it. Most sites describe the business and stop, so the visitor reads, nods and leaves. The ones that win customers say who they are for, answer the question the visitor came with, and ask for the next step. This page shows what that looks like, starting with a complete site built to that standard, one scroll down.

The standard

Judge the standard before you commit.

You cannot judge a website from a description of it, so open one. SUMI is a company we invented and built a complete, working site for, so the standard can be seen without a client’s permission. The design, the code and the forms are exactly what we would build for you.

Website design: a restaurant concept build for SUMI

What the site does after someone opens it.

What they find decides what happens next.

They look you up before they call. A site that looks current and says plainly who you are reads as a business with its house in order; one that looks wrong on a phone reads the other way, and you never see which. So yours is designed for your business and your brand by the engineer who builds it, never dropped into a template.

Gabriel Espinheira

Founder and senior software engineer · Lisbon, Portugal

I’m Gabriel. I build every site SharpHaw sells, and this plan is my work from end to end. If you decide to go ahead, I’m the one who builds it, keeps it online and answers when something needs changing. No account manager in between, and no junior learning on your account.

Before SharpHaw I built software inside large product companies in Europe and Brazil, as a senior engineer. I started it because I kept watching good businesses get a website from someone who could design but not build, or build but not design, with nobody responsible for it a year later.

You don’t have to take my word for any of this: the site above is my work, and the standard yours would be built to. Nothing ties you in, either. No annual contract, cancel any month, and your domain, your brand and your content stay yours.

  • Senior software engineer for 12+ years before SharpHaw.
  • Lisbon, from Rio de Janeiro. I work in Portuguese and English.
  • Independent professional in Portugal: the person who invoices you is the person who does the work.

Everything, including the price.

The price, everything Foundation includes and everything it does not. The questions people ask before they commit are answered beside it.

Straight answers, before the call

What does €1.000 a month actually get me?
A complete website for your business: the pages that explain who you are, what you do and how to reach you, and a blog of your own, designed for you rather than dropped into a template. Once it is live, the same fee keeps it online, keeps it up to date and covers the text and photo changes you ask for. You are not buying a file that is handed over and starts ageing; you are paying for a site that someone is still responsible for next year.
Is there anything to pay up front?
No. There is no setup fee and no website-creation fee: the build sits inside the subscription, which is unusual and deliberate. A normal agency charges several thousand to build the site and then leaves you to maintain it. Here the build costs nothing extra and the relationship is the product. Billing is monthly, there is no minimum term, and you can cancel any month.
What do you need from me, and how long does it take?
One form, after the call: what your business does, who it is for, the services you sell, your logo, any photos you already have, and the words you want on the pages that matter. Nothing open-ended, nothing you have to write from a blank page, and we shape what you send into something that reads well. When it comes back we agree the scope and start building. One engineer working to an agreed scope is a project measured in weeks rather than months, though we will not put a date on it before we have seen what you actually need.
Can I add ads, content or automations later?
Yes, any month, and nothing is rebuilt. Foundation is the website on its own. From Growth up the same site carries the rest of SharpHaw: we write and publish the content, run your Meta and Google ads and automate the follow-ups, as one weekly loop in the same workspace, with the same person. Foundation is the ground floor of that, not a separate product.
What happens to the site if I cancel?
It stays live for two months while we plan and deliver your export with you, and there is no exit fee. Your domain, your brand, your content, your data and your analytics are yours and leave with you, handed over with documentation. What does not transfer is the code that runs the site: that stays SharpHaw property, which is the trade for it being maintained rather than handed over and left to rot. If you need a fully static HTML copy of the pages, we can agree one.

Say hello, and I’ll take it from there.

Everything after this is on me. I read what you send, look at what you have today, and come back with a first take and a time to talk it through. Then the site gets built, goes live and stays looked after, while you get on with running the business.

  • A reply from the founder, not a sequence, usually the same day.
  • No setup fee, and you can cancel any month.
  • If Foundation is not the right fit, I’ll say so.
